1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pak977 — whether through the website, any associated mobile interface or any other channel through which pak977 makes its services available — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all players regardless of how they access the platform or which part of the service they use.

Your continued use of pak977 following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. The date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last updated.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

pak977 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit or place any bet or wager. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that your use of pak977 is legal under the laws applicable to you in your location.

pak977 takes age verification seriously. At any point — during registration, before processing a withdrawal or at any other time we consider appropriate — pak977 may require you to provide documentation confirming your identity and age. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued photo ID. Until verification is complete, pak977 may restrict withdrawals or limit account functionality.

• Players under 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, bet or use any feature of pak977.
• If pak977 determines that a player is or was underage at the time of registration, the account will be closed immediately and any balance will be forfeited or handled in accordance with applicable procedures.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on pak977. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, payment methods or contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for ensuring that your account details remain up to date. pak977 is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate account information provided during registration or subsequently.

• Your username and password are your responsibility. Keep them confidential and do not share them with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.
• Account registration must be completed by the account holder personally. You may not register on behalf of another person.
• Accounts registered using false information, fictitious identities or automated means will be closed without notice.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on pak977 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. pak977 supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits, typically processed quickly
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits, processed in line with Easypaisa processing times
• Raast — real-time bank transfer via the Raast instant payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard bank transfer, processing time varies by bank
• Debit and Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard cards issued by Pakistani banks

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends or any other person — are not permitted. If pak977 determines that a deposit originated from a third-party account, the deposit may be reversed and any winnings generated from it forfeited.

pak977 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside pak977's control. All promotional bonuses are calculated and applied in PKR.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on pak977 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. pak977 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times are also subject to the timeframes of the receiving payment provider.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or wallets registered in your name that match your pak977 account details.
• pak977 may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a specified threshold.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are completed.
• pak977 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal at its discretion.
• Withdrawals that cannot be processed due to incorrect account details provided by the player are the player's responsibility.

If a withdrawal request is delayed beyond the stated processing window and you have not received a communication from pak977 explaining the reason, please contact support with your request reference number.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pak977 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to Pakistan players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, accumulator boosts and seasonal promotions tied to events like the Pakistan Super League (PSL). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have registered a verified account and met any minimum deposit requirement stated in the specific offer.
• Each promotion has a wagering requirement — the amount you must bet before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are kept separately in your account. Real money is used first when placing bets unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games or sports markets specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded markets may result in the bonus being voided.
• One bonus per player, per promotion period. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through multiple accounts — is considered abuse and will result in account closure.

• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus balance or associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on pak977 are subject to the rules of the specific sport, market or game involved. It is your responsibility to understand the rules before placing a bet. The following general betting rules apply across the platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where the specific rules of the market explicitly allow it (such as cash-out where available).
• pak977 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event details or technical errors on the platform.
• In the event of a sporting event being postponed, abandoned or rescheduled, bets will be settled according to the rules applicable to that specific market. These rules are available in the Betting section.
• Live in-play bets on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other markets are accepted subject to the odds available at the time of bet placement. Delays in live data feeds may affect the odds displayed — bets are accepted at the odds confirmed at the time of placement.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to individual markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• pak977 reserves the right to limit bet sizes or restrict betting activity on any account at its discretion, including accounts where irregular betting patterns are identified.

For casino games, slots and fish games, the rules of each individual game apply. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for games are available within the game information panel. Random number generation for all eligible games is managed to ensure fair outcomes.

8 Responsible Gaming

pak977 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides tools to help you manage your activity, and we encourage all players to use them. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered player:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits via your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Increases to limits take effect after a cooling-off period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choice — from 24 hours up to several weeks.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak977. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, errors or technical vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino or any other multiplayer game.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or promotions through systematic exploitation, including through multiple accounts or coordinated activity with other players.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds in a manner consistent with money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Using stolen, unauthorised or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or insider information exploitation in sports betting markets.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

pak977 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where there are grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these terms, or where pak977 considers it necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

• Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.
• Where an account is closed at the player's own request — and there is no outstanding breach — any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deducting any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements.
• pak977 will provide notice of account closure where it is safe and appropriate to do so, but is not obliged to provide advance notice in cases involving suspected fraud, prohibited activity or security concerns.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please also consider activating the self-exclusion tool before closing so that re-registration is prevented.

11 Privacy & Data
